I am a licensed cake decorating business located at my private residence at Glasshouse Mountains. I service Brisbane, Maleny/ Montville, and the Sunshine Coast area.
I am available for consultation at my residence by appointment. Please bring along colour swatches, photos of your dress, bouquet, and anything that you have taken inspiration from that reflects the style and theme for your wedding. During your consult we will discuss possible design ideas while you sample cake flavours with a tea/coffee. After our initial consult I will then correspond with you via email until we have arrived at a design that you absolutely love!
Or you can place an order via email or phone. I have had clients email photos and send colour samples through the mail. Once you are happy with your design I will invoice you with a final quote and payment details to confirm your booking.
I take bookings up to 18 months ahead. To secure your booking you can ‘save the date’ by paying a (non refundable) payment of $100 to save your date. This will hold your date until your consultation. Your consult is usually booked 4-6 months before your wedding (once you have finalised your wedding colours and flowers) in case we bring these elements into your cake design. The save the date deposit is deducted from your first invoice.
The final price is determined by the amount of detail required for each cupcake, cutting cake or tiered cake. Coffee size cupcakes start at $5ea with buttercream swirl, and $6ea for dessert size. Minimum order is 36 cupcakes with a cutting cake. I do not supply cutting cakes only or cupcakes without a cutting cake. Please email for pricing on tiered cakes. Tiered cake pricing is determined by the amount of decorating and design required to make your cake.
I prefer to deliver and setup, that way I can make sure your cakes arrive in perfect condition and are set up accordingly. A delivery fee applies.
I offer 2 different sized cupcakes; coffee and dessert. The coffee size makes for a generous portion to have with coffee or to be offered with other desserts at your reception, and the dessert size is just perfect to finish off your meal. Either size is ideal as Wedding Bonbonieres.
Sugar flowers are best stored in a dark cool place away from heat/humidity and sunlight (not in the fridge). At the back of a cupboard is ideal. They will keep for years if placed on paper towel in a container with a lid.
Stand hire is $30 and a refundable security deposit of $150 is required. Stand must be returned within 7 days after your wedding.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and final payment is due 3 weeks prior to your wedding. (please see Terms and Conditions)
